What devices does Readtape support?

Readtape is an iOS app. Android support is something we're thinking about for the future.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Readtape offers a free tier with core reading-tracking features. Paid plans will unlock additional features like unlimited audiobook storage and advanced family stats.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Readtape, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from within the app's Settings screen. All your personal data and reading activity will be permanently deleted within 30 days. If you need help, email support@readtape.com.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Is my family's reading data private?

Yes. Your data is used only to provide the Readtape service — we don't sell it or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
